"Great location. Great room service. Pool bar is great. Decent proximity to the city. Beach could be better, but the seaweed is an act of nature. Overall, our room was great and appreciated that it was cleaned each day."

"Inside the property was always kind of dirty, with food leftovers all over the place—probably because animals were just roaming freely around the resort and even inside the buildings. The staff weren’t very friendly either, especially the waiters. The pool was nice, though, probably the only real positive. And the beach… there was seaweed everywhere and it smelled pretty bad, so we only went there once."

"Family friendly. Good for traveling with kids. Stared to offer xcaret park access for whole stay (great deal if you staying more then 4 days). A la carte restaurants are limited capacity especially Oriental (Asian). I wish they have teppanyaki. "

"Food was good, staff was friendly. Front desk wasn’t friendly and nice. We had cockroach in first room on the main floor, than we were moved to the other room on the second floor and no cockroach there, but at the end of our stay we were offered to moved to a better room but on the first floor again. We lived on this upgrade room for 5 days with little tenants again. Definitely cockroaches is the issue in this hotel "
