"Stayed there with my 16-year-old. We enjoyed it. The location is fantastic especially if you have kids you want to take to Sea World. The hotel is also on the bay so you have the beach and the water right there. This hotel is really geared towards people with younger kids such as 10 and under etc.
There are quite a few pools that were very busy and hectic however, there was an adult pool which was quiet and nice.
The rooms were good and we had a lanai view which was also really nice.
Check in was really lacking. Although we originally tried to check in earlier at a time when there was no line, our room was not ready. When we eventually got the text that our room was ready and went back to get our keys, the line was absurdly long. Only two or three people working and they have the capacity for more people which they should have had.
Tried to get a late check out when the resort seemed fairly empty but they said they had a lot of people coming in so they would only give 30 minutes. I've never been to a hotel and only given 30 minutes.
Parking is $50 per day. Absurd especially when you are also paying resort fees. I knew this ahead of time so it didn't come as a surprise but honestly, just because you can, doesn't mean you should!
I would not go back as my kids are older but if I had young kids, I would recommend it."
"Everything was great.
The pool was not 80° as advertised, so we didn't get a chance to go swimming, but other than that, it was a good stay Thank you."
