"Didn’t stay the entire time and left halfway thru my trip. The area is ok, nothing too wild to write home about. Next room neighbours are noisy, they are super strict about room cleaning times and if you’re off by a few mins they leave you a note saying no they won’t clean your room. Was so turned off by it I just ended up checking out early."

"Location & Staff 10/10. Room was very small and I did not expect it to be too outdated. The carpet is too dark for me even though I think it’s cleaned every use, since the room looks old I think the carpet is still dirty so I am quite anxious stepping on it barefoot. I believe an upgrade to the room like adding furnishings and remodelling it will definitely benefit everyone. Overall, this hotel served well its purpose."

"Beautiful, modern, swanky hotel and property. Excellent staff, very kind and helpful. Did not get a chance to try the hotel food or bar. A little inconvenient with the horseshoe design of the hotel - go up to the lobby to go down to the hotel rooms. This especially becomes inconvenient with the large group-travelers with tour guides staying at this hotel. "

"This hotel has an awesome location, as it is right next to Dotonbori street. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They do have a washer and dryer, but with only 3 machines we were not able to do our laundry and had to go to a laundromat. Our AC was also not working the first couple days. However, I would stay here again! Great price, location, amenities, and staff!"
