Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about Chicago and the room was comfortable except for not having heat, you know it is Chicago in January, other than that, I would recommend others to give the Whitehall Hotel a try and the CTA buses were across the street."

There is no restaurant but rather, a small bar staffed by the front desk people. The location is excellent. The price was very reasonable - i might stay again if i was visiting ORD. "
