"This hotel gets a perfect 5.0. The room (1D) has a balcony with a view of Galata Tower. The breakfast was delicious and Hakan the waiter made it extra special. I don't recall the name of the manager. But he was extremely helpful. The location was a very convenient with a short walk to many restaurants and sites. It was a delight!"

"Loved the Witt. The staff is amazing, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are huge and the bathrooms great. Oh and that spectacular view from the roof terrace!!! Great location for our group - close to a tram stop into the old city but away from the tourist crowds. I’ve been to Istanbul often and friends lived in the area so I was prepared for the steep hills in the neighborhood. Sometimes resorted to taxis….the staff had great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Can’t wait to...

"The staff was very nice and helped us with all the questions and requests we had. The check-in was seamless. The valet was no issue, the car was parked right in front of the hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom and toiletries were exquisite. The location is also very convenient. Overall a very nice stay, would stay there again."

"Firstly all the staff are welcoming and very helpful. This boutique hotel is located on a pedestrianised street with lots of other restaurants and stalls. If you want a very quiet stay then request the rooms at the back of the hotel. Plenty of shopping and eating nearby, the crossing by bridge to the get to the Grand Bazaar takes 15 mins walk max. Location is great. We had breakfast included, which on the 1st day was a bit disappointing for vegetarians, but this was all sorted by day 2 so...

"One night stay after a cruise. Close walking distance from Galaport. They arrange for airport transportation. Very good service. There a lot of restaurants around the hotel. It is in a busy area, we hear some noise but we were able to sleep well. "
