"I have never been in a hotel where the staff and all its entirety was so helpful and friendly. I checked in extremely late and dealt with a night shift and they were wonderful. The morning crew was equally as wonderful as well as the people who ran the breakfast buffet. Overall, incredible experience 10/10 and will definitely stay here when I return to Phoenix. When we got to the deluxe room the door wouldn’t close without slamming it so they gave us another room and in that room there was no towels, no garbage can, no coffee cups and no bath mat. "Stayed here with my daughter who has an early morning flight from PHX. Left too early for breakfast but the room was modern, well maintained and comfortable. Interesting feature was the infinite Pi pattern printed on the shades. Chose this as it is just opposite the 44th St light rail and Sky Train station to PHX which means an easy connection to the terminals. Only downside to this station is some scruffy homeless types in the surrounding area but there was a security team on the platform...

"We loved our stay at Home2suites Phoenix airport north. Everything was seamless from the friendly airport shuttle ride to the efficient check in and warm welcome from Brenden, attending to us so well while also managing a medical emergency. The lobby is welcoming and our toom spacious, comfy and clean and the breakfast was tasty and filling. Check out was easy with Tulise who put us at ease regarding our UBER booking. All in all, I thoroughly recommend this hotel!"
