"Horrible from the start. We greeted by a man named Miguel kindly. His first greeting, was it hello, welcome, nice to have you... hell no. First words out of his mouth were "no guests" when he saw our 80 year old friend helping us carry luggage in. Would have canceled then and there if I wasn't finacially committed. Place was not filthy, but not clean. No need to go on. Wife and I have rented literally hundreds of rooms throughout Italy (many times in Trestevere). We have never written a bad review until now. It was unfriendly, so save yourself from a big disappointment. Avoid this place and other rooms associated with this business."

"Arrived late because my flight was delayed. Although the kitchen was closing, the wonderful staff was extremely acommodating, and I was seated immediately and able to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere. "

"We loved our room here! We had so much space and the bathroom was a great size. It was very clean and in a great area for food and night life. The pictures do not do it justice. And the elevator was a fantastic touch with it being on the 4th floor, definitely saved us from having to drag our luggage. Check in was easy and early. We wish we booked more nights"

"Good location. Daily room service. Hotel quiet. Bartender knowledgeable in making typical American cocktails. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They called a cab for us the day we left. And they were happy to put in the kitchen freezer the food containers that we took home from restaurants which we took back to the U.S. the day of our flight. However the morning croissants (coronets) were small."
