"The hotel is centrally located, right near public transportation and great shopping in walking distance. The room has a washer/dryer and full size fridge + microwave, excellent blackout shades and the rooms seemed pretty noise-proof, contributing to a good night’s sleep even with jet lag. The staff are super helpful. I debated staying in this hotel, among several choices, and am totally satisfied with that choice. Thank you to all the staff members (concierge, doormen, room cleaner(s) and wonderful front desk."

"The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The BTS is a five minute walk. The pool area is nice, but the rooftop bar is excellent. It's Thailand so the staff are amazing, always pleasant and helpful."

"Staff and facilities were great. The hotel has an amazing restaurant on the ground floor. My only minor issue was that we booked two rooms -one for a couple and one with two single beds and the room were connected through a door?! Also the room was left a little dusty after cleaning. "

"A lovely, luxury hotel in a terrific location for shops, restaurants and entertainment. It has plenty of in-house food and drink outlets but they are a mot expensive than they need to be but there are ample alternatives. The rooms are very comfortable and well looked after by the housekeeping team. Front of house is glamorous and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I travel a lot and it is one of my favourite hotels."

"Personnel très serviable et poli. Hôtel bien tenu, silencieux et tout est propre, possibilité de demander de faire la chambre au quotidien. Le petit déjeuner est quelque peu limité dans ses choix, mais il est acceptable.L’hôtel est à dix minutes à pied de la station BTS Nana. Plusieurs bons restaurants dans le voisinage, mais beaucoup offrent de la cuisine étrangère. La piscine est convenable et peu profonde, mais au moment de notre visite en avril 2026, l’eau était trop chaude pour nous rafraîchir. Sur la Soi 11, vous vous ferez interpeller à tous les dix mètres par des rabatteurs de restaurants ou des chauffeurs de tuk-tuk ou de taxi qui vous proposent des visites de site. Attention aux arnaques de tuk-tuk peu chers qui vous amènent dans des bijouteries ou des tailleurs. Le soir la rue est très animée. On peut se rendre au Terminal 21 à pied en 10 minutes environ. À voir."
