Saul, their evening concierge, was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had what I needed. My company also used the conference rooms there for a few days and the staff was great too for it and lunches catered were delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mexico City"

"Stayed with my family in a 2 bedroom unit. The configuration was great, plenty of room, super clean and modern. Air conditioning units in each room worked well and we also loved our balcony. We had some power issues in our unit, and staff moved us to another so they could take care of it. Can’t say enough good things about the helpful and friendly staff! The tenth floor deck was very nice, and good to hang out while doing (free) laundry. "

"This place was great. We were pretty confused on arrival but I just called the number that had been emailed to me earlier in the week and they were very fast about getting us the info to check in. Parking was easy and secure. Accessing the apartment was so easy and although the place is older, it is very well kept up. There were pillow options and very nice touches like toiletries and easy access to the Internet. I was impressed with this place. "

"This was a first of a two nights stay for a five day vacation in Mexico City. The place is in a prime location. There are many restaurants within walking distance. There is a movie theater and a shopping mall right next door. Everything was very convenient for me. The place is very spacious with 2 1/2 bathrooms. The balcony had a very nice view of the city. I felt very safe there. I would definitely recommend Kukun and also book their other property they have."

"Great and spacious room! We booked the room with the balcony and city view and it was amazing! Lots a room to spread out, and kitchenette was perfect to cook some small meals if you didn’t want to go out. Location is superb! Close to the action of Zona Rosa, with that said be aware that it can be loud late at night. This was no issue for us however, they do provide ear plugs. The amenities were great, they have a fitness area and steam room. Staff was incredibly helpful and suggested great...

"The location was great, lots of coffee shops, boutiques, and places to eat. The staff were great, clean, and available 24hrs. Only issue was the shower. Low water pressure limit warn not hot water."

"Basically in the zona rosa so great food and drink in 5 minutes but quiet rooms and great staff. Breakfast was fresh fruit and tast y classic mexican- eggs beans and chilaquiles. We came for great food but never ate out at breakfast. "
