"Excellent place!! Room was super clean. Air conditioning stayed on! 2nd stay and I’ll be back!"

"Very poor breakfast selection, bagel, coffee cream cheese muffin coffee was terrible. Bagels were dry very dry. Was not happy at all the hallway stink second day. They did not clean my room as for towels and I was told I could come get them at the desk. They don’t deliver and if they would clean the room tomorrow and when I said I was be checking out they said OK and hung up."

"We stayed on the 5th floor and all night we could hear a noise that sounded like water or wind coming through the walls. It was very disturbing. Sleeping was not good. The room was very clean and bed was so comfortable . This was my first time there."

"Easy to access. Valet parking as always was 10/10. Always makes our little trips so smooth. The room was clean bathrooms were clean. Hilton always 10/10"

"Room: missing thermostat, A/C unit in the room smelled funny and made noised when it was running. The Smart TV wasn't a smart tv but only a hospitality TV. Because of the unsecured network, we could only watch live TV and couldn't even connect to our own hotspot to use the Smart options on the TV. Food options: The Fifth restaurant was only open for breakfast and then sporadically for dinner even though it had a lunch and dinner menu. There were no options to eat there except for breakfast. The Eighteen Rotating Restaurant was an option but was seemingly expensive and needed reservations. Staff: Front desk took all of our concerns but didn't seem to work on the Thermostat and A/C issue we told them about. However, there were very good about switching our room when the door of the first room we had wouldn't close. "

"The room was really nice. Bathroom looked new. Hotel undergoing renovations so no pool and a little dusty. Soon that will be over so don't hold it against them. Room really was great."

"Hotel was updated and clean. Laid out different than most with the beds right at the door when you walk into the room rather than the bathroom first. The walls are thin so the hallway noise and doors shutting were loud as the bed shares the hallway wall. AC unit in room was super loud kicking on all night. "
