"Great room and facilities. Staff were prompt to resolve any issues. Private beach and pools made this an enjoyable experience. Breakfast selection was excellent, but be mindful that you have to walk to the main hotel which is a 5 min walk away from the residences, and that there's a seperate reception for the residences, not the main hotel. Overall had a great stay and would like to thank the Residences and Coral Restaurant staff."

We enjoyed all the restaurants and especially COYA, a fine dining Peruvian restaurant tucked away on the Mezzanine Level. The beach access is easy and a perk. I will definitely stay here again and other well known hotels in the area fall short compared to the W."

"I stayed here for a few days on my way to Australia. The hotel was in the perfect location. It was opposite the beach, which I had access to as a hotel guest. It was within walking distance of the local shopping mall & a short drive away from the airport. The staff were friendly & helpful. Room was clean, with a beach view, TV, tea/coffee & lovely bathroom with complimentary toiletries. I will definately stay here again."
