"We tried to check in and they said it would be an hour wait so left and came back an hour later and they said it would be another hour. So left again. When we got to the deluxe room the door wouldn’t close without slamming it so they gave us another room and in that room there was no towels, no garbage can, no coffee cups and no bath mat. We stayed two nights the second day they put two bath towels in the room no hand towels or face clothes. They emptied the garbage and that was all they did...

"I have never been in a hotel where the staff and all its entirety was so helpful and friendly. I checked in extremely late and dealt with a night shift and they were wonderful. The morning crew was equally as wonderful as well as the people who ran the breakfast buffet. Overall, incredible experience 10/10 and will definitely stay here when I return to Phoenix.
