"This location is within 8 minute walk to the Colosseum. There are also a lot of food options on the street this place is located and souvenir shops for people who want to pick something up. All major locations are within a 30 minute walk and the Vatican is within a 45 minute walk from here. It was all flat and wasn’t any trouble getting around from this location. "We had a group that ended up booking all the rooms in the flat! They view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful. The hotel was easy to access. Clean and organized! Any questions had was answered and the hosts were always reachable! This is an amazing place with location. The restaurants below were friendly and delicious. The rooms are sound proof. "Amazing room in. A very grand characterful building with priceless views over the Forum. I loved sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee. The room was spotless and very comfortable and a lovely superking bed. It was very lively and vibrant outside but as soon as you shut the doors it was silence. We stayed there for the marathon and couldn’t recommend it highly enough for comfort, facilities and location. "

"The staff at this hotel was very nice. We were arriving after 7pm and they left us a key in an envelope as the front desk closed earlier. The room was great - the bed and pillows very comfortable. "The hotel is in a fantastic location. When we got to the hotel it was difficult to get in. We weren't given a code. When I messaged the hotel I didnt get a response for 4 hours. We couldnt hear on the intercom and it took us multiple trys before realizing there was a small door in the large door that pushed in. Other guests were able to direct us to the third floor to check in. This all made ot very safe. The room was standard. The bed comfortable, the pillows nots so much. No view. Only a shampoo/body wash. The TV didnt have smart options so only Italian tv but with all Rome has to offer it didnt matter. Great restaurants nearby. Overall not bad, but not great."
