"The room was great and on the 10th floor overlooking the Japanese garden, so we were able to enjoy the cherry blossoms as well as the city view during our stay. The breakfast buffet was fine but the staff did not replenish the coffee cups in a timely manner. The shuttle service between the Prince Hotels was great!"

"Beware of room size. I felt claustrophobic and practically no room for 2 medium suitcases. My fault that I didn’t check the square footage before booking. This was my third visit to Tokyo, so don’t know what the average room sizes are. Breakfast was average at best. Staff helpful but had limited English proficiency which made it difficult to communicate. "
