"Excellent location. Can’t get any closer to shin-Kobe station. Has underground grocery and 100 yen store. Nunobiki falls and the Herb Garden are right around the corner. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and even helped us reserve dinners and tickets to events."

"Our family enjoyed a four night stay at Hotel Keihan Universal. The primary draw was obviously the location next to USJ, but it served us well during the other parts of our Osaka travels as well. The room was very clean, staff were welcoming, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, and the onsen was a really nice addition. The nearest train station is right across the road and the ferry to Tembokan Ferris Wheel and Osaka Aquarium area leaves from directly in front of the hotel, as well as another tour.
