The location, at Rittenhouse, was so convenient. But the staff was beyond belief - warm and welcoming, helpful, and highly competent. In particular, we appreciated the presence and service of Maria and Wister at the front desk and the Doorman, Greg. I never want to stay at another hotel in Philly!"
