"This place is great. The rooms aren’t big but more of a reason not to stay in there everything‘s available so close by. I highly recommend rock inn dice for great beers and rock music. Just a short walk away. There’s also a gym across the street. They’re a little strict, especially if you have tattoos, but just cover them up."

"This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I wanted to take my time to write a truly thoughtful and detailed review because this place absolutely deserves it. During my stay in Japan, I stayed at several different hotels while visiting multiple cities, and none of them were able to surpass the expectations set by this one. This was the first hotel of my trip, and it instantly became one of my all-time favorites. The location was excellent, the staff was outstanding, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in my life. Out of all the countries I have visited, this hotel easily offered the best breakfast experience. The views were beautiful, the gym was great, and the spa and massage services were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with incredible hospitality — even walking me all the way to the front to assist with my Uber. Every single detail was taken care of, and the entire experience was flawless. I honestly cannot find a single thing to complain about. I normally do not write reviews, but this stay truly deserved an exceptional one. This hotel has set the bar extremely high, and I genuinely believe it will be very hard for any other hotel to surpass this experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. "

"The check in and out check out process was perfect! Have a luggage locker if your flight is later in the day and want to explore also! Right next to shinagawa station with everything from souvenirs for your family to a 7eleven in the same place! "

"The service was amazing and seamless! The staff were extremely friendly and put in a lot of effort to make my stay special. I was traveling alone for my birthday and the staff went the extra mile to decorate my room :) The breakfast is a must, they have amazing dishes and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The hotel is beautiful, the views from the room breathtaking, and the room itself was fantastic. Very clean and designed well. The location is a plus! You are walking distance from Shibuya train station, amazing restaurants in the immediate area, there is a a shopping center on the ground floor with fantastic coffee shops, and if you don't mind walking you can get to Harajuku in less than 20 minutes! Thank you to the Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya staff for making my first visit to Japan a truly memorable one! The hospitality was unmatched and I will definitely stay here again in the future."
