"Sardinero is a fine hotel with larger than average elevators and a restaurant. Our room was quiet, facing the inner courtyard. The terrace has lovely views but is only open until 9:00 pm. The staff is very helpful. The personal care products are wonderful. The shower is exceptional! The temperature in the room is very pleasant and the bed is extremely comfortable. There is even a pillow menu for your convenience. The location is unbeatable; you can be close to many sights without the noise and crowds. The only thing we didn’t like is that we only stayed one night!"

"The hotel itself was in a different location. As getting there the floor was broken and it had holes all over the place. The bathroom was very bad with the tub having a whole in the middle and broken all over the place and a door that did not lock for the restroom. There was an Ac machine that did not work either and the room itself had a very dirty bed. We ended up going to a different hotel for our stay in Madrid. It was a very bad place to stay. "
