"The staff was courteous "

"Room was filthy, exploited us in the middle of an ice storm, then only after taking over $200 from me in the middle of the storm an being reported to this apps customer service dept for false advertising(room did not look like it does in pics, tweaked everywhere, also advertised with microwave, DOES NOT have microwave) did the do the right thing and offer free stay since we were already booked for two nights when the ice storm hit. The worst experience ever, will never stay here again. "

"The hotel is older; however, it definitely met my travel needs. Friendly Staff, working microwave & fridge, comfy pillows, great water pressure in shower, tv/cable/wifi worked. I love a firm bed, the ones at the hotel were a little more than what I am used to. When I return later this year I will stay again."
