"Check in was easy only down side is pulling in you have to go under the building and go up to the second floor to check in too many people checking in just to come back unload take stuff up before coming to move the car because you have to have a parking pass and it will cause cars to back up out into the road trying to get in. As far as the room love love love has everything you can possibly think of even a cord to hang wet clothes over the tub even tho there was a dryer in the room but no soap holder there is no where to put your soap without it sliding off the tub… o also when going please make sure you pay attention to the zip code there is 2 different places 30 mins apart with the exact same address…. "

"It’s a great property for families. Full kitchen is so helpful. You can’t get to the floors with rooms without a designated key card, so it makes it feel safer. Walking distance to a lot of places and the boardwalk accessibility is so great!"

"This Hotel NEEDS updating/cleaning. The set-up is odd with the Front Desk only being accessible from outside, in a separate building. The Guest Rooms are accessible in a building to the South. When entering the Guest Rooms Building, you need your Key Card (which is fine). The first area you enter is not welcoming and the signage is poor. This area is a narrow hall and cluttered with luggage carts. On the West side of the hallway are the Elevators and to the East side is the indoor Pool Area. The Pool areas (both indoor and outdoor) are underwhelming. The pool/hot tub/lazy rivers feel like they are on top of each other. It is not spacious and it isn’t relaxing. There was no place onsite to enjoy a beverage or a snack…unless you count vending machines. Upon exiting the elevator on the 15th Floor, one is immediately assaulted with a heavy sewage smell. It smells like toilets have been overflowing with stool for a long time. Both the elevators and hallways are filthy. It appeared No one cleaned the floors in these areas during our stay. The bed was very hard, the bedding fit poorly, as if someone was playing a trick and short sheeting the bad. The towels were fine. The room was small. There are No luggage racks or anywhere to place suitcases, except the bed. There was an old closet which the doors had been removed from. Instead of removing the hardware and the trim it was painted over and the carpet was cut out. There are Light switches to nowhere. Think Motel 6 with a pool area."

"Absolutely love this place a little pricey but spring time is best summer must be insane here but for the time we stayed it was great jacuzzi could have been cleaner but our room was great location great amazing rime"

"We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and full kitchen, first of all, they promised us that we would be on the 6th floor, when we got there they said we would be on the 4th floor, I asked the guy at the desk if we could be in another room and he said that they didnt have anything else, of course this is after we paid, anyway the room that they gave us had a toilet leaking at the base, a free standing air conditioner unit in the bedroom that could not keep our room cool, we had to actually close the door off from the kitchen to keep the cool air in there, thank God I brang my fan because I would been sweating at night, also the air conditioner was sitting in a pan that kept filling up with water and we called maintenance to empty it, also the air conditioner would have blinking lights at night where it would shut off and on, all the furniture in the living area was stained and old and the carpet had alot of stains, the shower had poor water pressure, honestly , I would never stay here again, the only good thing was the view and you can get that in any oceanfront balcony"

"One of the worst hotels ive stayed in. Staff are rude and wont help you. The place stunk of smoke. I never order a hotel that you smoke in. Somehow they gave me a room that smelled of smoke. Only 1 elevator worked. Dont stay here. "
