"I had a very pleasant stay at Okinawa Harborview Hotel. All the staff there were helpful, polite especially the front desk, the host of breakfast at Printemps and the elderly man that directs cars going in the hotel. The location is great, close to many places like Monorail station, Kokusai shopping street and airport. Will definitely stay there again."

"Our stay at Halekulani Okinawa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff proved to be the most attentive and responsive team we’ve ever experienced. The rooms were impeccable—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Turn-down service and in-room dining were standout highlights that elevated our stay even further. We also absolutely loved the quiet infinity pool—it was so serene, we could have spent the entire day there without hesitation. We had seen a few reviews mentioning concerns about the hotel handling its level of business, but we experienced none of that. Everything felt seamless, thoughtful, and perfectly executed. This was a phenomenal stay, and the team’s hard work truly shows in how valued and cared for we felt as guests. We cannot recommend Halekulani enough and would return in a heartbeat."

"We booked from Canada on Expedia and got a week for an incredible price including the nutritious and extensive breakfast buffet offering both western and local favorites. The hotel is quiet and offers many services including several pools, workout facilities facilities and an incredible Japanese onsen experience. I used the outdoor pools in a heavy rain, onsen is covered but experiencing the jungle while soaking was an unforgettable and therapeutic experience. Check in staff and all hotel staff are super friendly. Many good souvenir shops and a convenience store in the hotel lobby. They have incredible evening live shows by the poolside including Okinawan drummers and dancers. Truly a memorable stay! After a week stay we got to know some of the staff and we were sad to say goodbye. "
