"Room was very clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Onsen facility was very good. Dining options were limited. The cafe, food court, bakery were closed after 4pm, so dinner choices were limited to the expensive restaurants, unless you have transport and willing to travel to Myoko town."

"I have never had a bad stay at this hotel. I’ve visited this hotel 3 times since July of 2025.
This last stay I had mistakenly hit the button for Single Smoking Room. When I discovered my mistake, the front desk staff quickly sorted me, and didn’t charge extra for a double room Non Smoking!
The restaurants here are also delicious!"

We loved the convenience of having delicious meals right in the hotel, from hearty breakfasts to satisfying lunches and dinners. Ski rentals were easy to grab on-site, along with all the gear and extras you could need for a perfect ski adventure. Highly recommend for a hassle-free winter getaway!"
