"It's a very pretty condohotel on 1st Av, only a 1 minute walk to everything. Nightclub next door will be heard at night, but not overwhelming. Rooms are very small, but nicely furnished and very livable for short stays. But don't plan anything very long in an approx. 400 sq ft 1 bdrm unit."

Near the parties at night, but noise was not a problem. Breakfast on the beach was $20 coupon from the hotel but better to order separate at the restaurant if you don’t need juice and coffee and bread. "
