Hotels in Idaho Falls

"The staff was very helpful and kind! They were top notch! The breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have some yogurt or some other protein besides sausage and eggs. The property was not clean, there was hair in the bathroom, on the floor and in the shower when I checked in. The entryway near our room had the same mess of powder laundry soap and dirt spilled on the tile the entire 4 days we were there. The parking lot felt very sketchy with a car with a broken window and glass on the ground parked there the entire time near the entrance closest to our room. The ice makers were out of order the entire time we stayed there. The pool was a very nice warm temperature and I was grateful they provided towels near the pool but often had to ask for towels because the rack was empty. The dryer in the laundry room was disgusting with at least 3 pieces of gum in wrappers melted around the inside of the drum. I have cleaned hotels as a profession and these things were unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here if the standard of cleanliness is not raised and the parking lot kept safer."

"Check in was great. The night stand had not been wiped off, mildew in the corner of the shower, a dirty towel on the back of bathroom door, and random hairs in bathroom. The outside of the property needs repairs and updates. The lobby is updated and welcoming. The room was very large."

"The hotel is advertised as having a "buffet-style breakfast" at the restaurant. However, upon arrival, the restaurant, named "Trofi" is not even there? The signage is, but, upon arrival, i received a menu from "Redds Grille." Not only did i not receive a buffet-style brrakfast, i received a breakfast burrito (as ordered) that was smaller than McDonalds. As well, i received a 4 oz glass of orange juice, that i was told could not be refilled. Then, we move on to the pool area. The sauna and steam room, neither worked, and the restrooms were out of order. The room was decent, however, pretty mucb every station but news was frozen. While i realize they have satellite, the weather was 78 degrees, and no wind. Inexcusable. "

"Friendly front desk. Very clean room and easy access to personal accounts for Netflix or Prime through their Direct TV. My ONLY complaint were the uncomfortable pillows."

"The bathroom sink had a tap that went on/off, could not adjust to get cold water, my wife had to use the tub to get water for her pills. The bedsheets were cheap polyester, not cotton The blinds were motorized but I couldn’t find the controller, it wasn’t next to the window but across the room, why not have it by the window where you can see it and the sign that said not to raise the blinds by hand I paid for breakfasts but only 1 person (an executive chef) on duty serving, big delay when we had to get on the road, she was calm and friendly but should not have to cover for hotel mismanagement of staff"
