"Front desk while checking others in explained the rooms Expedia offered were not available. It would be 20 more on top of a 25 dollar resort fee to check in with the others. Laughlin is a dying town the same owner closed the hotel next door for having no occupancy. To lie to us after coming for 20 years is appalling of management to have trained the lady to say this to us at the Edgewater desk. We stayed at another property for once and feel like we've lost our trust with the employees at the Edgewater. We sent a message to the hotel trough Expedia and they seem to refuse to acknowledge the situation or offer any refund or resolution They charge more to check in than promised by third party sites like Expedia. Given at the same moment they were checking in some kind elderly folks no hassle. "
