"We totally enjoyed staying here! The proprietors and staff are friendly and professional, but not intrusive. They explained everything to us when we arrived. We arrived a few hours early, which was no problem at all. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious - Kudos to the chefs !! A Lovely, Historic area of Louisville."

"Attractive, comfortable rooms are as nice as any in the downtown area. On Museum Row, close to Lou Slugger Museum, Frazier History Museum. 10 min. walk to Bourbon Row. On site rest. very good, but pricy. Would definitely stay again. Ten, of course!"

"This was a great hotel. The rooms were very nice. We had come into town with another couple and were able to stay in for supper and use our kitchen and couch area. We also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. There were a lot of options and it was a great hot breakfast. It was just a few blocks away from the Louisville Slugger museum which was a great plus. Definitely recommend."

"Great classic hotel with all the feels. I was hoping to see a ghost but alas. Very clean. Great shower. Great bed. Stayed there for a wedding in the Rathskeller which was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was good too. Close to 4th Street Live which was fun to stroll through afterwards."

"Overall, fine place to stay. It’s an older building. No frills. Breakfast was good..eggs, bacon and biscuit. Made for you when you arrive. No menu or other choices. Hotel is located in the downtown area of old Louisville. Easy to get to all parts of the city. Parking was easy. "
