"I have stated here several times due to its convenient location near Narita airport and free efficient bus shuttles to/from there. Breakfast is not cheap but plenty of variety. I would not stay here for a holiday, but for its convenient location and efficient passenger throughput. Front desk staff are not friendly but again efficient."

"All in all it was a wonderful stay! Close to Urayasu Station, several stores, shops, food court and supermarket right across the street from the hotel. A must go to is the supermarket with fresh fish, fruit and all sorts of great food! The food court is pretty good too. The only thing the hotel did not have was a gym. Other than that is was a wonderful place to stay and staff were extremely helpful."

"It was easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea from this hotel. There were free shuttle buses that got us directly to Disneyland and a free shuttle that got us to the tram that took us right into Disneysea park. I liked the convenience store and there was a Disney store in the hotel."

"Clean room, friendly staff, they thought of everything. Nice touch with the lounge room open between 2-10, free beer, wine and soda as well as light snacks for kids. It rained while we were there and they let us borrow without a fee umbrellas for our entire family. Would definitely recommend. "

"Nice hotel, with easy access to Disneyland/DisneySea plus into Tokyo from Maihama Station. Free bus or ride the monorail (costs) Buffet restaurant was very nice. Outdoor pool which features heavily in images was closed (assumed only opens for the summer season), but inside pool nice enough, even if changing room signage isn't brilliant."
