"Location of hotel is great*. Staff was wonderful. Room was a good size for 1, probably also comfortable for 2. Black out drapes worked well. Bed was a little firmer than I would like but that's just my preference, nothing was wrong with it. Shower had decent water pressure. The hair dryer provided was pretty weak though. Rules in the welcome book says no food delivery allowed but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants so that wasn't a big problem. *My only complaint isn't really the hotel's fault. I happened to stay there during the expo so from 8am-11pm there were voices, music and bass coming from many speakers which was quite loud inside the room even with all the windows closed! You couldn't escape the noise. "

Nothing was missing, and it honestly felt like everything had been carefully prepared to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality really made a difference. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety, and the parking was convenient and easy to use. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent room standards and comfort. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"This hotel is located right next to shops and restaurants. Very convenient. However it doesn’t have elevator. If you call a taxi you have to meet the driver about a block away as the car is unable to drive up to the entrance. "
