"The staff at the Westin were brilliant, the property could do with slight improvements but it’s nothing that was too noticeable for our comfort. Everything worked and we really enjoyed the villa. I wear a hijab and we found out we could also request a screen for the pool area for a charge of 600 MYR. This was brilliant as I could make full use of the private pool area. The breakfast was okay with lots of choice. Our only con would be our mattress had a real noticeable dip on it but we didn’t mention this to staff, which I’m sure they would have done something about it as service here is 10/10. "

"Terrible condition at the room. It was very old and in bad shape and need an upgrade and smelled bad. The ac was very loudly and makes a strange sound that’s was very noisy when you try to sleep."

"The welcome was good ,staff was polite and attentive. Rooms are good but the AC was not working properly. It was on 16 but it was hardly cooling,complain them and they came to check but still there wasn’t any difference. Breakfast spread was good and little variation everyday. 10 minutes drive from the happening Cenang beach. Overall a good experience."

"We had a garden view room and it was still a really nice view. Very relaxing and tropical. The room was big, comfortable and had everything you’d need. Fresh water each day I just put a jug in the fridge so it was cold. Breakfast was good, lots of choice but a little tricky to order special coffees, we only did because we saw others do it. Sands restaurant was nice and lots of choice. We didn’t eat at the others as we thought they were a bit expensive considering averages prices on the island. Overall a we had an amazing stay, the pools, the beach and staff were all lovely. We will be coming back. "
