Hotels in Old Town Lucerne

"Clean room, unique style as we chose Angel room. Great location but you have to go up stairs (27 steps) to get to the hotel which is hard if you have a medium size luggage. Wifi is slow but otherwise, can be recommended for short stay. We stayed for 1 night only."

"This room is very average at best. The staff was great. We did not eat breakfast. Location is great but there is no air conditioning. You will be leaving the window open. It is a relatively quiet area outside the room. The bathroom is pretty subpar (not great towels, shower curtain instead of glass door). Unfortunately, we did not have great weather so we were in earlier than normal and there is horrible TV choice for English speaking people (only 2 channels and both are news). If you require only a bed and you care about nothing else, you will be fine here."

"Staff was so very helpful. We were able to check in early, they were very helpful with directions and suggestions on where to visit and eat. Hotel location was perfect. Very close to bye wanted to do and the train station. "

"In Lucerne, this is the best hotel to stay in for the price. The rooms are small, but transportation is convenient and the staff are friendly."

"The property does not have any staff on site. Our room did not have any running hot water for both nights we stayed there. Despite multiple attempts via phone calls and messages on the Hotels.com app, we could not reach any hotel staff. The restaurant staff have no idea how to help with the property. The main front door is left unlocked all night, so anyone can access the property and the first floor door which should only allow access to hotel clients is also open all day. Other residents were very noisy with banging doors late at night. The windows do not provide soundproof sleep either, so we noticed road noises from 4am as delivery trucks access this part of the cityz"
