"The only thing we liked about this flat is the convenient location, close to underground and many restaurants and grocery stores. It has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds which suited our family of four well. Rooms were somewhat clean with three folded bath towels on each bed +2 hand towels in bathroom, which was appreciated."

"The location was good, there were no towels and personal items left out eg hosts flip flops in the shower. The host was helpful with check in but appeared reluctant with information regarding g using facilities on boat eg the oven The interior of the boat did not feel clean. Maybe we were just unlucky but I would not stay again and probably wouldn’t recommend. There is probably something better out there for this money "

"Great stay. First time in this hotel but likely won’t be my last. On check in, was presented with a drinks voucher for two which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We also had a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room. This is an all suite hotel so there’s lots of room. It’s fairly basic in the room but had everything we needed. It’s a little way from the West End but there is an overland 5 mins away at Imperial Wharf and it’s 25 mins to Piccadilly Circus. Bar area was clean and well...
