"The hotel has an excellent location next to Tennoji Station. The staff were lovely and helpful. The dinosaur x Bali theme was fun and delightful. The rooms were large by Japan standards, great service, lots of free amenities like drinks, shampoo bar, and more. Highly recommend."

"We stayed for 4 nights in 3 rooms. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in all rooms. We informed the front desk, and the staff said they would arrange for someone to check it, but it was never fixed during our stay. Two of the rooms were extremely hot, while the third room was too cold due to a gap in the window that could not be properly closed. Although the building looks new from the outside, the interior is quite outdated. The room facilities appear old, and the mattresses are very hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep."

"Hotel was amazing! The location is great if you are staying in Ōsaka. It’s walking distance from many shops, shrines, and parks. The train station was also very near, so commute is also easy here too! Easy check in and out, and room was clean! Highly recommend booking."
