"Not a great location for Broadway. The elevators are sketchy. There is only one person working at a time. The computers were down. And I paid $45 to park myself. Not recommended. "

"Close enough to Broadway to walk - 10-15 minutes. Clean, nicely decorated. Staff was always friendly. Not too much storage space but there was a couple drawers and a small area to hang clothes (this was out in the open near coffee bar). Toiletries provided in room; shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Lighted and magnifying mirror and a clothes steamer in the room. They have their own restaurant and bar on one of the floors and there is also another restaurant on street level. These both came in handy when we had a raining day/night. We would recommend and stay here again"

"My husband and I came to town for a concert and this hotel was super convenient. Not quite on Broadway, but close enough where it’s walkable. The customer service at the front desk was amazing. Parking was the only issue. I’m not comfortable letting strangers drive my car so I don’t care for valet parking. But there isn’t anywhere to park and they don’t offer self parking. Which forced us to pay $54 a day for valet parking which I felt was excessive. "

"The room was ok the showerhead was turned out so that when you turned it on the water went straight to my face plus there was no cold water only very hot water called front desk they sent mantainence up to fix but then we had only cold water. Breakfast was good but bacon not cooked correctly. Parking attendants were awesome very nice as well as the front desk "

"Bed was very comfortable, HVAC worked well and was quiet, apartment was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and felt safe and secure. The surrounding area is pretty sketchy, lots of gang graffiti and abandoned buildings with some homeless sleeping areas, so not somewhere you would walk around after dark. My biggest complaint was you could constantly hear clumping footsteps from the unit right above, so that was a bit annoying. We never got the pre-check-in email, so we were delayed trying to figure out why we couldn't get in the door. I'm really not a fan of total electronic check-in, I still like a human presence, sorry. But after several phone calls and 40 minutes, it got squared away. I found the 4 pm check in a bit late, convenience-wise, though. I mean come on, 3 pm is late enough, people!"

"Overall ok. Good: The location was central and close to downtown. Check in simple and easy. Pool/spa and gym were nice amenities. 1 bedroom suite was spacious, had a balcony, and basic amenties. Bad: I was placed in unit facing garage and had a garbage truck service that was at like 5:30am and was very loud (listed as soundproof rooms but not the case). I asked to get moved and was told I was “already upgraded” from a studio to 1 bedroom. Other things slightly annoying - 3 elevators for massive building so can take a long time to get up to your apartment (luckily I was on lower floors so could take the stairs to get out during peak times). Also for kitchen- they supply was ok but like no salt/pepper or basic spices so if you plan to cook you need to buy everything. "
