"This was our first stay and visit to Key West. We were very impressed with this booking. Rooms were very clean; grounds were very well taken care of, and the pool/hot tub was great. "Sammy from Miami" was a great host, made the best breakfast waffles with fruit, and Katie the dog was a plus. Within walking distance to Duvall Street, the Marina, and all of the attractions. "This is one of those get what you pay for properties. If you’re looking for a close, inexpensive, property and you don’t care what the room is like - book here. Pools are very nice, beds are comfy. The guest house / shared room style is an acquired taste but nothing to complain about. Parking in the street is free and only a few blocks from main bars and food. Would stay again."

"The aircon is very very noisy which in turn means neighbours TV’s are extremely loud, I would imagine to drown out the noise of the aircon. You couldn’t swing a cat in the room, there is no wardrobe/nowhere to hang clothes and if you have a full sized suitcase then there is no room whatsoever. Eden house itself is to a good standard and is very pretty looking however it is let down by the noisy aircon and loud TV’s so was not a relaxing stay for me, it was a sleep deprived stay instead. Location it is a 20 min walk to the main part of key west. "
