Hotels in Casablanca City Center

"The AC was working fine. The breakfast was good. I tried to call housekeeping three times, but nobody attended my call. My flight arrived early in the morning and I requested the hotel in advance that I will like to have a room by 10 AM. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that it will be ready in 1 to 2 hours. But I was not able to get into my room until 1:30 PM. The reason given to me was that bedsheets are not arrived from the laundry and they could not make my room ready. The door person was quite annoying, he he was keep staring at the paper sitting in the lobby. Would recommend the hotel with cautions."

"This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Casablanca. The staff were incredible nice and I’m so glad we stayed there. We didn’t use the pool, there was a sign on the lift staying it was not available due to some works being carried out"

"The hotel was generally good. The hotel generally felt very old and dated but the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and well maintained. The location was good also. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations. The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. Good variety of different food and an impressive amount of selection."

"Very attractive clean modern hotel. We enjoyed our stay there other than the shower floor which was slippery and shower knobs that was difficult to use."
