Wonderful resort, very nice management. Diem, who checked us in and Helen, who was our hostess at breakfast are so nice and friendly, I can still remember their smile!

Everything after arrival was great. But everything before that was horrible. Good luck if you wish to book anything inadvance. Very unhelpful staff. When I called directly, the staff even said please book through because booking at the moment “is a lot of work”

We stayed in a sea-view tower room with the all-inclusive option. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the hotel was beautifully maintained. The concierge staff were very helpful in assisting us with travel arrangements. The beach was amazing and the pool was great. The snacks in the Gaia pool bar were delicious, and the breakfast buffet in the Sasa was fantastic.
We really enjoyed our stay, but we had a few niggles.
I installed the Melia app but it didn't work for booking restaurants etc, since it couldn't find our room booking. It just said "An unexpected error occurred" every time I tried. Apparently there are two reference numbers associated with a booking but neither of them worked for us.
The information on the app/website was hard to navigate and was sometimes incorrect or out of date. For example the Sasa restaurant opening hours were wrong. Sometimes there were special offers on food but there was no indication whether they were included in the AI package. It was irritating that the AI didn't include the small bottles of wine in the minibar - a bit stingy!
Service in the Breeza bar was sometimes very slow.
We ate once in the Muoi and although we like Vietnamese food we were unimpressed. The food in the Breeza was good but we struggled to find very many dishes that we fancied on the a la carte menu. The buffet dinners in the Sasa were good.
So all in all a great hotel let down a bit by the food and lack of information.

Rummen och hotellet var rent och fint. Fint poolområde, dock svårt att få solstolar då gäster var nere vid poolen vid 6-7 tiden för att reservera dem. Maten var god på de restaurangerna. Det fanns nästan inga restauranger utanför hotellområdet att gå till, det fanns inte heller några affärer inom gångavstånd som var öppna.

Food poisoning at the resort’s restaurant. Unbothered front desk when reported the food poisoning situation at check-out. Borderline rudeness at check out. The guy at the front desk (upon checking out) needs to reassess his attitude. Never coming back
