One hotel staff was so kind. As for the others they need a refresher course on being nice and not making snide comments. Also we stayed 2 nights so that’s 2 free supposedly continental breakfast. We only had one due to the last day not anything being served at breakfast AT ALL TO ANYONE! Staff was very great at bringing blankets and such in a very quick manner so appreciative of that!

It wasn't what we paid for and the hotel said that the 3rd party site we used (Hotels.com), did not know their inventory when booking so they offered something they didn't have.
