Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom needs updating- no toilet roll holder. Plenty of sockets as well as USB ports. The building is 2 floors with no lift. Plenty of parking. Great location to get to Bridlington. We ate at the pub 4 times. 2 breakfasts which you had a decent choice although the orange juice was was quite watery. 2 evening meals which were nice but they were running out of items quite early and for a bank holiday it seemed that they hadn’t prepared for the amount of people. Staff were friendly.
