Dividiré mi opinión en lo malo, lo bueno y lo excelente: Lo malo: *La comida no esta rica, fuimos el primer día al restaurante italiano en la cena y ademas de que nos hicieron esperar muchísimo, la comida estaba terrible, al mexicano no nos quisimos ni parar. El buffet esta un poco más pasable, sobre todo en la mañana cuando te cocinan huevos al gusto. Lo bueno: *Las habitaciones están muy bien, vimos muchos reviews que decía que había cucarachas y chiches, y no fue así para nosotras… la habitación muy limpia y el baño también. *todo el personal del hotel fueron siempre muy amables. Lo excelente: *Definitivamente, la playa… el mar tiene un color azul turquesa precioso y algunos días si el mar esta tranquilo se puede nadar. *nosotras llevamos nuestro termo (se los recomiendo) y en todo momento nos prepararon las bebidas que quisimos con el alcohol de nuestra preferencia (siempre y cuando estuviera disponible).

The staff were polite and the room kept clean. The food at the buffet was good but the restaurants not as good. The resort could be an excellent one if they use cones to restrict deep coat swimming and at night to use lights for the beach for night swimming (weather permitting) and beach shows.

This resort was horrible… Food was terrible and all staff were neglecting all the requests. Our room didn’t comeout hot water until checked out. I heard another room was same problem too. They didn’t fix and didn’t changed room. Beers tasted bad… anayway never go

Overall the resort is 4-5 star. Very good food and service. I'm rating 3 stars because on out last day, while checking out, one elevator broke down with an overcrowded hotel. I had to carry my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs to the lobby. Checking out was chaotic with the check in/check out desks mixed up with people being rude and cutting in front and most of the staff not speaking english or seeming to care abouy the lack of elevator service and us having to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Also the resort staff attempted multiple times to persuade us to sign up for a tour/presentation which we declined more than once. Also we had to ask daily for more hand towel, face towels and soap to be topped up. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Nunca tuvimos agua caliente para bañar a nuestra hija, los buffetes llenos siempre y con espera de 40 a 1 hora 30 minutos para entrar, pedi servicio al cuarto y nunca llegaron espere por 3 horas y nadie me resolvia nada, al dia siguiente vinieron por la charola y me alegaban que yo recibi mi servicio al cuarto, en las barras de bebidas por mas que les decia que queria de una botella en específico ellos me ponian del alcohol que tenian a la mano,a pero eso si como te quieren vender su membresía y estan de enfadosos en el hotel, pero nunca vuelvo muy mala experiencia de verdad no mal gasten su dinero aqui busquen otra opción.

I stayed here at the Grand Park Royal for 7 days. 2 adults & 2 children. I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star resort. -Location: it was along the beautiful mountains on the beach. The waves were a bit rough at times. It was a bit far from town which I wanted. Taxis & Uber pricing varied alot with getting around. Sun takes time to come to the front of hotel but I liked it. -Pools: 2 of 3 pools were ok. 2 big ones, 1 has a swim up bar, and the other was heated. The swim up bar pool was very cold. I barely seen people in it. It felt like a waste. The heated pool was nice. They did volleyball at times with which was a lot of fun. The kid pool was cold but my kids didn’t mind. All pools could use some touch ups. Food: I thought the buffet and seafood restaurant were good for adults. Biggest con was lack of options for kids everywhere other than the pool snacks. They have an Italian & Mexican restaurant for supper. We only went to the Mexican one once as food wasn’t very good and nothing for kids. We weren’t allowed to the Italian one as we had kids, highly disappointing. The server was rude about it. Room: was in 301 at end of hotel, obstructed view but you could see some of ocean. Bed was very hard. We tried to upgrade 3 to 4 times. Kept telling us just to check back but never did it. AC was loud but worked good. Room had a bad smell. Staff: most were very friendly! They work long hours every day. Kids club: weird smell masked with bad cleaner. Different colour band may have helped

Las albercas estaban sucias, tambien en la zona vip y jacuzzi que no funcionaba bien aun que te cobran 750 por persona por dia adicional. El buffete y la comida no son buenos y son tiempos de espera largos, reservas no se respetan. Pocos camastros. El personal se porto increible en todo momento muy atentos y agradables.
