I stayed here for one night after hiking the Inca Trail, having switched from another hotel that I didn’t enjoy - I wish I stayed here my entire time in Cusco. The staff were phenomenal - they were very responsive and enabled me to make arrangements for a massage and airport transfer in advance. When I arrived exhausted, they gave me tea and cookies and made check-in seamless. The bathroom was spacious, the shower had excellent pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the massage was excellent. I would happily stay here again if I get the chance to return to Cusco.

Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast and view of Cusco, but in March the rooms were cold and damp and heater will turn on only after a certain time. They brought a space heater and extra blankets but it was still cold. Also if you are booking through a 3rd party ( in my case Hotels.com) they will not refund or adjust the room rate so make sure your dates are correct before you book! Once you book even in advance it is non refundable and they won’t make any adjustments or exceptions.
