Great un obstructed view of the beach! Waitress at the bar went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time and very polite and friendly. Only problem was she had to close at sundown on a Saturday night, which we thought very unusual for the area, but not her fault

When we got there the hot tub and heated pool was closed that's one of the reasons we booked this hotel also we did not get to check in to 5 o'clock and the 1st room we got was dirty did not look like it was cleaned at all so they had to switch our room and I emailed them about all this and never heard back

When we arrived at check-in the main heated pool & hot tub was out of service. Then on arrival to our room, it was not clean and had a musty odor. There were stains on the bedskirts, the curtains had rips in them. We stayed at this exact hotel a few years ago & loved it but it had tremendously went downhill. We actually opted for a refund as soon as we seen the room conditions & found another place to stay. The staff were friendly and understanding. I would no longer recommend this hotel.

My room was on the bottom floor literally 10 steps from the walkway to the beach. I would have expected it to be covered with sand. They keep it clean. All the staff I came in contact with were very nice. The kitchen had everything you need for a quick meal. Loves being able to open the door and seeing the waves rolling in

This hotel had a vintage feel and a fun location. One of the pools were closed for most of our stay, and the remaining pool was way too crowded to enjoy, as was the hot tub. The staff was working hard trying to re-open the pool but we (my daughter) never got to enjoy it. They did a nice job with keeping the outdoor areas clean and the outdoor bar was very nice, right in the beach.

Our family of 3 traveled far to get here. We were pleasantly surprised at our room. It was spacious & like a 1 bedroom apartment w a full kitchen. Balcony with a big window overlooks the pool and ocean at a shirt distance. Only problem & a big one was we couldn't enjoy the balcony because theres strong propane gas smell coming from next door. When we talked to the office about it they said its always like that.

We had an issue keeping housekeeping out of our room. We asked them twice not to clean our room until the end of our trip. We came back every day to signs they had been in the room. It wasn’t necessary a trust issue. It was just not wanting someone in our room when we were not there. Other than that everything was great. The bed was comfy. The Kitchenette was nice. And check in was quick and easy.

Plenty of chairs around both pools to sit and lounge, 2 large pools both with a good view. Rates cant be beat for the locations. It is a older hotel so its not perfect but it comfortable and welcoming. Close to restaurants and walking distance to shops.

Location is fantastic and convenient. Right on beach. 2 pools and hot tub. Outdoor bar. Laundry on site but we didnt use it. Plenty of parking across the street. Comfy beds. It has everything uou need though decor could be updated. But we werent in room a ton. Very reasonable price for what you get. Only things id improve are extra blankets in room, frying pan for kitchen (only had pots), and there really should be some sort of sidewalk to cross the street but really cant complain. Well worth what we paid. Walking distance to shopping areas and piers and more. We would definitey stay here again.

We stay here several times a year. The price is great for beach front property. Yes it is older and needs updates here and there but we have never been disappointed. The staff is always welcoming and super nice also and its a great location to resturants and shopping.

Cockroaches in room- holes in walls with electrical wires present, smelled like marijuana when I showed up at the front desk. We had the first floor ocean view and the lights were broken in the outside hallways. It was scary as a woman with small children! We had to get another room at 4 am and the other room was a bit better but still gross. Sink drains missing, dust everywhere and windows so thin and dirty we heard tons of people outside. Housekeeping knocked 2 times and woke us up after we told the front desk to make sure they didn’t. Our sleep was horrible maybe 3 hours at best. This ruined our vacation and I wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy.
