Excellent location. The kitchenette was a plus. However, there was only 1 drop-off spot in front of the hotel so it wasn't convenient to load your luggage.

The receptionist was very unhelpful, I arrived the hotel at 13:00, she said I should pay 30 pounds for early check in or come back after 15:00, but no one help me to keep my luggage, I need to put it onto the shelf of the storeroom by myself, no one would pick it to my room. After a long flight I was very tired, but the reception wanted me to do Self check in, self check out, the reception never do check in or check out. Poor service. The house keeper was absent minded, I had put all my clothes onto my bed and written down a piece of paper “please do not tidy my bed” but she still done that, I am very mind someone touch my clothes or throw my clothes onto the floor. after she had tidied my bed, my nightcloth make me Itching， I believe she should have put my clothes on the floor when she was tidying my bed. It makes me feel very unsatisfied and disgusting. Have she thrown my pillow onto the floor when she was tidying my bed? After cleaning the toilet, she forgot to close the door. I would say It’s not a hotel , it’s only an apartment with poor service. I’ve never had a bad experience in any hotel like this. I won’t come back again

Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage. Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale og dejligt stort værelse. Perfekt med det lille køkken, som ovenikøbet havde opvaskemaskine. Dejligt med udsigt. Let til 2 tube stationer og virkeligt nemt at gå til mange forskellige landmarks. Og så var det stille.. selvom man er tæt på stor togstation.

Hotel was very nice, quick check in and staff excellent, just don’t eat in the restaurant. Can’t comment on breakfast but the dinner was terrible, pizza, pasta etc. It felt like it had just been heated in the microwave. Small portions and not worth the money. The rooms are big, comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was great and separate kitchen area, all very clean and the shower was amazing. Would definitely stay here again, 3 minutes walk from both Lambeth North and Waterloo tube stations. 20 minutes walk from Trafalgar Square. Lots of eating places close by. Tokyo Bagel particularly nice. There is a Sainsbury’s right beside the hotel aswell.

Family room was rather small, but it is Central London, and price was reasonable for the location, so fair enough. Room was hot and a/c didn't seem to work, but overall hotel was fine, and the location in relation to South Bank, Waterloo, London Eye was fantastic. Managed to find a decent local parking for 24 hrs too, so would use this again. Didn't have breakfast myself, but family who did were pretty underwhelmed.
