The room was fantastic!! Very spacious and plenty of room for our party of 4. We had a balcony to the indoor pool which was nice to have . Pool was great and so was the hot tub. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is that anytime we swam in the pool we all would be coughing a lot, and we would hear a lot of coughing when others were swimming. It was a little strange , but none the less, we still enjoyed our stay.

The disability room we were assigned to had bed that were so high i needed a step stool to get into and tub that was so it was a trip hazard. When people were loud after quiet hours we were told there is nothing could do or say to them. It sounded like they we bowling above us. Had to ask for towels to the pool area and they only would give you small very unabsobant ones. You definitely get what you pay for here.

Visited for spring break. Staff left something to be desired. Very loud other guests. Be aware the quiet hours do not start until 1030. So even if you are woken up from a dead sleep because people are loud next to the head of your bed? They don’t care. Location really needs better sound proofing. Typical things are more worn out. But generally clean.
