The restaurants, arcade, pool and paradise pier are what make this place. It’s such a fun place to stay with lots of activities however, the downside was that the beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows were absolutely awful!

The elevators are always crowded and you are waiting 10-15 minutes before you can get on or off, if you want to go to the water park to swim you’ll need to get there as soon as the open to get a seat if not you won’t have anywhere to set your stuff. Other than that everything was great!

Staff was excellent! Sweet and helpful. Loved the coffee shop, restaurant food wise was ok. Arcade was a blast and a great deal on Wednesday - kept our teens occupied on a rainy day. Property could use some touch ups/deep cleaning and I’ll never understand why all hotel bathrooms don’t have fans!! Overall pleased with our stay.
