We had a terrible experience at this hotel. First of all staff is not friendly. They made us feel like they were doing us a favor for anything we would ask for. The tv was not working we complained 3 times about it and nothing was done until the day after we checked in. We asked for towels at the front desk and they said they would take them and no one ever went. We went again to ask for the towels and they said front desk doesn’t keep towels here. We had to knock on the room where maintenance keeps their supplies to get towels. Over all we paid a very high daily fee to enjoy a relax stay and we didn’t. We will never be staying at this location again.

Room included a Sofa Bed which was handy because beds weren’t very roomy for hubby and I. Super happy for the fridge and microwave. Daughter loved the shampoo and conditioner. Wish they sold some to us. Not too noisy and were close to some stores and restaurants a plus
