The staff were very kind and welcoming. The swimming pool and sauna were excellent, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. Overall, it was a lovely stay — I would happily come back again.

Furnitures and room itself were a bit worn out here and there. Expected to have bidet in the washroom but it didn’t. However, in overall, very clean and nice equipped room. Hotel facilities were a bit rusted but still fancy. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Visited couple of restaurants and they provided good quality and tasty dishes. Very family friendly so sometimes pools are crowded. Maybe i will revisit someday.

This place is gorgeous, the rooms were amazing. I didn't like the surprise 200K KRW/night security deposit; wouldn't have minded if it was included in any of the information provided. Also not the best location for exploring Busan, kinda removed from the happenings. Close to the premium outlets and Haedong Yonggungsa.

Right now, the hotel has opted to turn off the central air-conditioning in the main part of the hotel, including the hotel rooms. The hotel staff provided some fans for the rooms. It was uncomfortable and very stuffy despite it being much cooler outside. Also, request a high floor. The hotel blasts Christmas music in the outside area til late at night, and its hard to sleep. Would not recommend going this time of year. Otherwise, a pretty hotel and location.
