The location of the Richmond Hotel is superb. It has a Uniqlo right in front, it's located next to Hoppy street, with many restaurants and small bars, and just a short walk away from Senso-ji Temple. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There's a nice restaurant in the lobby. They have washing machines.
