After address the allergy concern to senior management, which is nuts related and might cause serious reactions. Message still not being pass to kitchen, their staff still serve food which will cause severe allergy. Human hair is founded in their spaghetti served. Also we book two room, heating was working properly in one room, but the other has no heating working at all, and sink does not have hot water too. Bed was not clean, towel is broken.
