Hands down the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Was supposed to be smoke free. Halls were full of smoke. The room was filthy. No hot water and the air conditioner was not working. We checked in a little before 10. The person at the front desk was very nice but they closed at 10 so there was nothing we could do. We tried to tough it out but it was too much. We ended up leaving. Hotels.com you really need to remove this hotel from your offerings.

My son and I needed a place to stay while our vacation rental was getting ready since we flew in the day prior. Our flight was delayed twice and I called to let them know it would be closer to 3 AM when I arrived and was told all was good. I got there and there is no attendant at the desk - so I use the lobby phone as it says to do and no one responded. I called the number on the website and finally after waiting for a while someone came down, which also took a while to check in because of the time we came. Got up to the room and there was no shower curtain and the whole place smelt awful (weed, garbage, mildew) and puddles and dirt all over the floors. Wasn't expecting much - but got even less.

The place had coackroaches and people doing drugs. Its a non-smoking but the halls smelled of weed or smoke. We checkied in late (pre-arranged) and when we went back down after checking in there was no one to help. They lock up the front desk with a metal drop security door. We had no where else to go on Christmas Eve. First Extended Stay I have stayed at that had prople doing drugs out front. I don't usually complain but I would not reccommend bring your family. My husband thinks they are a homeless shelter or drug rehab halfway house.

It was a good place for our budget to stay overnight while traveling along the coast. The front desk lady was nice and she shared the information about the nearest beach that was just 5 minutes away and was not crowded. The room was okay, the bed was comfortable. It smelled a little in the room because of the humidity but other than that there were no major issues.
