we checked into our room and while the whole hotel seems new the floor in our bathroom had failed, moving/cracked tiles popping sound as you walked on them grout missing, massive holes on wall from something that had been ripped/removed from the bathroom wall, 2 holes that had been badly filled, reported to front desk on check out showed pictures and video told i would get some goodwill back on our room rate and will get a call from the manager same day!, neither happened chased them on email twice finally offered a room upgrade! no use to use, and not the goodwill towards cost of room, then no response to my final email. as for restaurent food was lovely but charging a 4 year old 4.75 euros for tap water! food was slow out but the mains did taste amazing. my daughter loved their robot servers! breakfast was best we had in 15 days travelling europe. just shame let down on customer service at end
